On your birthday, Mum and I took Sonya to your site. We saw the book of remembrance and saw the flowers growing at your site. It was a beautiful clear afternoon. Mum picked a pretty yellow flower for Sonya. She carried it all the way back to the car, then most of the way home before she, very delicately plucked the petals out, almost as if she were counting them. Then she tried to put them back :)
Sonya will grow up hearing so many stories about you sweetheart, her Aunty Moira.
