Dear Jill and David Jean and I were both saddened to hear of Moira's death but comforted by fond memories of the few times we met her in Tunbridge Wells. We're sorry we can't be with you for the celebration of her life today. For reasons beyond my ability to articulate, I remember thinking- while sitting alone with Moira, how important it was (to me) that she somehow react to me and she did; I can picture her smile as I write these words. Again fumbling for the right words, I think it was the sheer humanity of Moira- without the artifice and guile so "normal" to human interaction, that moved me the way it did. We'd also like you to know how much we both admired the way you and you family made Moira the center of family life. We remembered driving around the area with you, meeting so many of Moira's friends and neighbors. Moira will be missed by many who can take comfort in the fact they knew her. Much love, Phil and Jean Stein
